Return Policy

All of our merchandise is shipped via UPS unless specifically requested otherwise. Your order will be shipped within approximately two weeks.

NorrisAsphaltStore.com does not accept returns on embroidered items.

If you are in doubt as to the size to order, we suggest that you order blank items to try on for sizing. This will incur an additional shipping charge.

There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.

Any products with the Pella Products, Inc. label are guaranteed for one year from manufacturing defects. We will accept these items during that time for inspection and will repair or replace the garment.

Please call 1-877-523-4285 for return authorizations. Credit will be issued to either your account or credit card. Please enclose a copy of the packing slip.
